psychotherapy supervision for mental health professionals

A woman with curly hair and a colorful or patterned blouse, smiling while sitting on a chair. She has a rainbow-colored lanyard around her neck.

I offer psychotherapy supervision for mental health professionals seeking a thoughtful space to deepen their clinical work and professional development.

Supervision sessions provide an opportunity to reflect on clinical cases, strengthen therapeutic skills, and explore the challenges and rewards of working as a therapist. Together, we discuss case conceptualization, treatment planning, ethical and risk considerations, and the therapeutic process itself.

My goal in supervision is to support clinicians in expanding their therapeutic “toolbox,” developing confidence in their clinical instincts, and strengthening their ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients.

If you are interested in supervision, please begin by sending an inquiry through the contact form or email. We can then schedule a brief consultation call to determine whether working with me would be a good fit.

Available for mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, marriage and family therapists, and trainees in these fields.

What’s my approach?

My approach to supervision is collaborative and responsive to each clinician's unique needs.

While self-reflection is a central focus, supervision also emphasizes strengthening clinical skills, refining therapeutic techniques, and deepening understanding of different psychotherapy models. I aim to create a supportive environment where clinicians can thoughtfully explore their work with clients while developing greater confidence in their clinical decision-making.

Supervision is a space for learning, curiosity, and professional growth.
