schedule your mindfulness coaching session

Mindfulness coaching offers a supportive space to develop or deepen a mindfulness practice.

Whether you are beginning mindfulness for the first time or already have experience and want guidance, sessions are designed to help you build a sustainable and meaningful practice.

My mindfulness coaching draws from both traditional meditation practices and contemporary mindfulness-based approaches, including:

  • Vipassana meditation

  • Secular mindfulness practices

  • Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) practices

  • Values-based reflection and intention-setting

Learning mindfulness practices is often straightforward, but integrating them into daily life can bring up challenges such as restlessness, doubt, sleepiness, and/or difficult emotions. My coaching approach is individualized and attentive to these experiences, supporting clients as they develop a sustainable and meaningful mindfulness practice.
